The Executive Committee has right to form a Standing Committee of 11 members in which the the President, Secretary General and Treasurer would be mandatory. The Standing Committee take decision in the absense of Executive Committee meeting. But it has to submit its all decision to next Executive Committee meeting for enactment. The Executive Committee has formed Standing Committee including following persons.
